Think of me as your companion or guide in helping you practice and remain accountable for walking to a better health and wellbeing.

For Groups
If you are a family or part of a larger group through a club, organization, or business, and are interested in offering a guided mindfulness practice to your group - I offer these guided walking mindfulness practices for groups up to 15 participants. For groups larger than 15 participants, please feel free to reach out and discuss potential opportunities for collaborating.
