Mindfulness Walking Guide

I offer a four session package bundle* for guided mindfulness skills while on a walk. Each session is 30 minutes in length, and can be booked throughout any 4 week duration. This can be once a week, or meeting multiple times in one or a few weeks. Why might you invest in a mindfulness walking guide? This can be helpful not only to learn how to put mindfulness skills in practice, this also offers a dedicated time you invest in getting outdoors for your wellbeing with accountability and companionship. Let’s face it, practicing something new can be a challenge - or maybe you have said before that you will be intentional about getting outdoors more, but don’t find the time in following through. Scheduling these 30 minutes in your calendar can help you get into a routine and regular practice of an activity that will benefit your mental and physical health.
